COMPETITION CLASSES
GIRLS CLASSES
Gymnasts are invited to attend this class as they need to have good flexibility, agility, power and strength. They work a lot on their conditioning to progress their skills and work towards competing. They have four pieces of equipment to master (bars, beam, floor and vault).
TUESDAY
Primary 2 : 5:00pm-6:45pm
Junior/Senior 2 : 6:45pm-8:45pm
THURSDAY
Junior/Senior 2 : 5:45pm-7:45pm
SATURDAY
Pre-Squad : 11:45am-1:15pm

BOYS
We invite children into this session who are showing good potential & need a more focused working atmosphere. The boys train on floor, vault, bars, rings and conditioning. They work towards competing in the Yorkshire General Competitions.
